All of our pricing is based upon job and by the hour.  

For a regular clean we charge $25 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. Anything over 3 hours is $20 per hour.  

Please note that first time cleans will have an additional $50.00 one time charge as this is a more in depth clean. 

For any other items listed above we will provide you with a free quote.

All supplies included excluding vacuum's to detour pet allergens.
